We can export your reports and use the Create New Worksheet report instead of updating an existing one.
I also suggest reaching out to the primary contact of your company file so they can add you as one of the contact person. This way, our Phone Support Agents can assist you. You can press (F2) in QuickBooks to get your License number.
Here's how to contact us:
- Go to the Help menu and click QuickBooks Desktop Help (F1).
- Select Contact us.
- Enter your concern that you're having an error when exporting to Excel.
- Click Continue.
- Choose a way on how to contact us.
