The option to run Estimates by Customer report is unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop Accountant 2019. However, you can run the Transaction List by Customer report. Then, filter the report to estimates only.
For the detailed steps, you can follow the instructions below:
- Click Reports on the top menu.
- Choose Customers & Receivables.
- Tick Transaction List by Customer.
- Hit Customize Report tab.
- Select Filters.
- Enter Transaction Type in the Choose Filter field.
- Choose Estimate in the Transaction Type drop-down button.
- Click OK.
- Choose the period in the Dates field. Then, hit Refresh.
