You can send emails using a sample file to check if it's doing the same thing. Let me guide you how.
- Go to the File menu and click Close Company.
- In the No Company Open window, click the Open a Sample File button, and choose the sample company file you want to use.
Otherwise, you'll have to perform more steps such as running the Verify/Rebuild Utilities. The tool helps self-identify data integrity issues that can cause unexpected behaviors and resolve them.
