I am glad I thought to check into this before purchasing a new pc today!  I was going to add microsoft word and excell 2019 to this new computer purchase, an approximately $250 add. Now I will need to rethink this. I do not believe that Intuit QB or Microsoft are working on fixing or updating anything concerning this issue. Intuit and Microsoft are trying to force all of their users into monthly or yearly subscriptions for their cloud applications. There is substantially more profit to be made for Intuit and Microsoft from users purchasing subscriptions. The obvious priority is for profits not customer service. I understand as a business owner profit is a must but so is customer service. If anyone has any suggestions for better software than Intuit I would love to read about it.
