Go to Lists menu > Templates. Edit the Estimate template. Go to Layout Designer view. Add a Text Box.

"We need to be able to send standard wording > 400 characters with our estimates automatically."

Put those words in the Box. Position it. Now it is part of the Form or standard preprinted words.
