Buy nowI contacted QB through Help, I got the run around, after telling them about the problem, the way I was informed above, they gave me the run around, delete cache, delete this, stand on your head, I had to ask "aren't you supposed to know this is a problem?" Never got the email about our discussion or an update either after I spoke with the person. Is this problem only happening to a few users or is it widespread? I'd like to know because if it's just a few I can assume it wont be taken care of soon. It's not like I need this to run my business or anything...Oh and the wasted emails about getting badges for how many views, or how many comments were read, or whatever is a giant waste of time, and more time should be spent on the actual product and less time on the fluff.
