You can run and customize the Customer Contact List report to show the mailing list for all active customers from the last three years. Let me walk you through the steps.
- From the left menu, click Reports.
- Search for Customer Contact List.
- Click the Customize button.
- In the Rows/Columns section, put a check-mark on the Created Date.
- Go to the Filter section, then select Custom from the Last Modified Date drop-down.
- Enter the date from the last three years.
- Click Run report.

Once done, all of your customers created on that day will show on the report.
