The issue is about converting the billable time using a third party app, LWBaker.

In QuickBooks Online, the billable-time format is usually in the decimal form. However, if you're using a third-party app, you'll want to contact your provider so they'll help you integrate the time format into QuickBooks.

For QuickBooks Desktop, you have a way to switch the time-format from decimal to minutes. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Edit menu and click Preferences.
  2. From the left menu, click General and select Company Preferences
  3. Select the Minutes time-format.
  4. Click OK

If there's anything else that I can help you with, please leave your reply below.
