Hi @ChristieAnn , thanks for your input. I have a couple of observations from your comment.
- Deleting the template and recreating it kind of defeats the object of the line item price being automatically updated.
- Obviously the updated price will show. It's a new template.
- I have contacted your customer non-support team. They also excelled themselves by providing no help whatsoever.
- This, I feel is a better idea. Why don't you delete and the recreate the template for us so that you can see what happens and save everyone time. We only have 605, so it should be a doddle for you.
