I appreciate you for going through the troubleshooting steps above and for sharing the details you've to go through to get this fix.

 

Currently, we've just received reports that some users are unable to view the service date column in the print preview of their invoice. Rest assured, our engineering team is already working on a fix

 

In the meantime, I recommend reaching out to our support team again. This way, you'll be added to the lists of affected users and will be notified via email once updates are available.

 

To reach them:

  1. Go to the (?) Help icon.
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Enter a brief discussion of your concern and click Let's talk.
  4. Then, choose your preferred way to connect with them.
