Thanks for looping in. Let me share some updates regarding sorting feature the service date on the invoice.

 

I hear you and realize the importance that this can have to your business. Currently, our developers don't have the workaround yet and we aren't able to tell when this will be available. It is always our aim to develop relevant features that came from customer's feedback.

 

I’ll speak with our engineering team about the sorting feature and will let you know whenever we have it available for our users.   1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online Company.
  2. Click (?) Help at the upper right corner.
  3. Select Contact US on the pop-up.
  4. Enter a brief description of your concern then hit Continue.
  5. Click Get a callback.
  6. Enter your contact information.
  7. Select Call me.
