I don’t want a workaround. I want a solution. It is absurd that we should have to work around this issue when we already have all the info entered in the QB system. Surely an engineer can resolve this within a day’s work. I asked for a solution months ago and clearly many other people want the same solution.
If you can not provide a solution (not a workaround, but a SOLUTION) then I would appreciate a thorough explanation as to why this can not be done.
