The Class Tracking feature is only available in the Plus and Advanced versions of QuickBooks Online. You can upgrade your subscription so you can use it.

Here's how you can upgrade:

1.  Click Gear and then click Account and Settings.
2. Click Billing & Subscription.
3. In the QuickBooks Online section, select Upgrade.
4. Choose the plan you want, and select Upgrade.
5. Confirm your payment information and click Save.
