Thanks for attaching a screenshot for a reference. 

 

If the bank history report is filtered to show only specific transactions, it can't display the total balance amount (the same result as with your screenshot). There's currently no option to show edit it. However, you can export the report to Excel and manually add the total expense amounts. 

 

On the other hand, instead of viewing the register's history, let's run the General Ledger report. All financial reports in QuickBooks Online converts all the transaction amounts to the home currency. The good thing you can customize them to show the Foreign Amount column. It is the equivalent foreign currency of each transactions. 

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Enter General Ledger in the search field.
  3. Click on Customize. 
  4. In the Rows/Columns section, check the Foreign Amount box.
  5. In the Filter section, choose the bank account from the Distribution Account drop-down. 
  6. Click on Run report
