Thank you for getting back to me. I’m using QuickBooks Online APP on a Mac desktop, I’m not sure if cache is causing this. Though I also logged in on Chrome and tried your suggestion, nothing seems to happen? I created a Credit Memo under the customer, tried putting "Amount Received” to 0, refreshed, watched YouTube Tutorial and it seems like the whole option of Credit Memo is missing on my APP or browser underneath "Outstanding Transactions". Any ideas?
