I just learned of this incompatibility when I tried to run Payroll Reports in Excel using my newest version of QuickBooks Pro (2019) on a new computer with Excel 2019.  It's a major inconvenience for me - I had to do my reports by hand.  I assumed when I bought QuickBooks Pro 2019 that it would be compatible with the most recent version of Excel.  I don't understand why there isn't a timeline being given for when this issue will be resolved.  Is it not a priority?  I'd appreciate a response and any updates on the status.
