Thanks for adding a comment in this thread. I can share some information about QuickBooks Online (QBO)  sample file.

Currently, the test-drive available is a QBO Plus sample company. You can send your request of having a Non-Profit company account to our product team by going to the Send Feedback screen:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Under Profile, choose Feedback.
3. Enter your feedback/idea.
4. Click Next.
5. Select a Category.
6. Click Send Message.

Our product is a collective result of our customers' innovative minds, and we appreciate the idea that you've shared. You may also want to submit feature requests through this link: http://feedback.qbo.intuit.com/forums/168199. I'll also do the same in my end.
