I understand it can get frustrating to have your issues at repeated occurrences. The investigation about the custom invoice template that is no longer working with the progress invoicing was previously resolved. However, since there are customers who are still experiencing the same issue, our engineers decided to reopen the investigation to dig deeper as to what's causing the problem to reoccur.

 

As of now, we haven't received any updates if when this will resolve but rest assured that our engineers are currently investigating and working on an immediate fix. Rest assured that we’ll keep you posted once the issue is resolved. If you already added to the INV-29795 list of the affected users, you’ll be notified through email.
