This almost works with only TWO problems.

I attached a screen shot for an example of what I get.

1) I get a Address for every transition. I only need or want one address for each contact, otherwise I am going to need to find a way to find and remove duplicates for thousands of transactions.

2) I need the list to be in separate cells: Address, City, State, Zip. Like the Contact List has, Not the whole address in one "Cell". This is required by the mailing service.

"Customer Contact List" comes real close but I want to exclude inactive customers or customers that have not done business recently.
