Mary did my earlier file attachment not show that there was NOT a credit memo available? Please see attached after following your instructions. There is NOT a credit memo for our customer Western Digital. There is a credit on the account for the over payment but a Credit Memo was NOT created.

Or am I simply not understanding your instructions?
