I understand the importance of generating detailed reports on estimates for you and other users, Kenny84. However, generating this type of report is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To help make this feature available, I recommend submitting product feedback directly to our development team. This will allow you to request its addition. Please rest assured that the team is continuously working to improve QuickBooks Online (QBO) to better serve your business needs and preferences.

Here’s how:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
2. Click the Gear icon.
3. Select Feedback from the drop-down menu.
4. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
5. Click Next to submit your feedback.

In the meantime, you can run the Estimates by Customer report or the Transaction List by Customer, filtered to the Estimates transaction type, to check the status of your estimates and the line items listed.
