Even now in November 2025, the QB online we are using is not the same as last years.  Its slower, they have changed the look of the app and the desktop and have just really slowed everything down. And the green dot banking is even worse, if you try to talk to customer service about anything you almost need a translator because the support staff for them speaks very broken English and when I try to ask a question, they respond with something not even related to my question. Not what you want from a bank... But what's worse is if you are more than a day late on paying QB for their service, you get flooded with calls from a guy with perfect English who says you are late on your quickbooks payment. I've tried explaining that I pay through the online portal in quickbooks, but I get so frustrated with the program that I just give up sometimes and just try again another day...  It's not my fault your program is a mess
