Thanks for joining this thread, Tami13.

If you're looking to apply for a QuickBooks Payments account, you won't need a QR code for the application process. You can apply for an account from our Accept Payments Online page. After applying, it takes up to 2 business days to get an approval email. Sometimes our team may need more information before a decision can be made. If this happens, you'll receive an email explaining what's needed.

In the event you're looking to add a QR code to invoices in QuickBooks, I can certainly understand how such an ability could be useful and have submitted a suggestion about it as of today.

You can also submit your own feature requests while signed in.

Here's how:

  1. Use the Gear icon.
  2. Go to Feedback.
  3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  4. Select Next.

Your feedback's definitely valuable to Intuit. It will be reviewed by our Product Development team and considered in future updates. You can stay up-to-date with the latest news about your product by reviewing our Product Updates page.

You can consider checking our QuickBooks App Store for apps which may be able to help you achieve what you're looking to do.

I've also included a couple detailed resources about using QuickBooks Payments which may come in handy moving forward:

Please feel welcome to send a reply if there's any questions.  Have a wonderful Monday!
