Thank you for following up, Btks.

It's great to hear you're considering switching to QuickBooks Online (QBO). Yes, all the features you mentioned are available except for adding an item with a percentage rate. Let me lay out each feature below:

Assigning different roles in QBO is available. However, QBO does not provide as detailed control over user permissions as QuickBooks Desktop does. You can refer to our User Roles and Access Rights article for definitions of each available role.

You can create customer statements in QBO and also allow emailing the statements directly to customers.

It's possible to print and mail window envelopes, but QBO is not directly compatible with specific envelope sizes like QBDT. You can instead adjust or customize the template to make it fit properly.

QBO has a tax center, where you can track, calculate, and file sales tax. The sales tax reporting feature works well for different states. You can check this article on how you can set it up: Set up your sales tax in QuickBooks Online.

Adding an item with a percentage rate is unavailable, as items are automatically set to flat rates by default when creating a product or service. Instead, you will need to manually calculate the percentage for each item and convert it into decimals on the invoice.

There is no limit to the columns you can add to an invoice, and you can click the Add Product or Service button to include more

Since you're planning to switch, I recommend checking the QuickBooks Pricing Website to explore the versions and features available for every subscription plan.
