I'm dealing with a similar issue, starting in January 2025, with transactions created by QB payroll that created credits rather than allocating tax payments to the liability subs (fed tax, state tax, unemployment, etc.). I keep contacting QB for support, but cases are created, escalated, and then closed without being resolved. I need help and don't know how to reach higher levels of support. Please advise.
