Since there isn’t a direct way to charge the customer solely for the credit card fee without raising the amount on the entire invoice, you can consider using an alternative payment method, such as ACH bank payments.
 
That said, you’ll have the option to allow your customer to pay the charge fee instead of covering it yourself. This approach avoids adding the fee as a line item, ensuring it doesn’t directly impact your overall accounting.
