Speeding up my end will not help your databases sync.

Right now, I am dealing with an issue where the databases have not syncs in 4 days. I made a couple of changes to the time sheets and then tried to print an invoice. The invoice did not include the updates. After wasting 4 hours on the phone with Support on Friday, I was told a manual sync would be requested and check back tomorrow. 

Today is Tuesday, and I am now over 30 minutes into calls with your support to no avail, my invoices are still incorrect.
