Hey there, Omer_S. We can customize a report to display line-item details of all your Purchase Orders, whether their status is closed or open.
Follow these steps:
- From the left navigation panel, select Reports. Under the Custom report builder section, click Create new report.
- Choose Transaction List as the starting point for your report.
- Ensure the Report Period is set to the desired time frame by customizing the Date range.
- Click the Filter button to narrow down the data.
- Under Transaction type, select:
- Second dropdown: Equals
- Third dropdown: Purchase order
- Beside the Filter button, click the Columns tab, then select More columns.
- Search for "PO status" and tick the checkbox to add the column to your report.
- For line-item details, search for "Product/Service" and tick the checkbox to add it to the report.
- If you need additional details, click Show more to explore other relevant options you can include.
- Click the Reorder button to arrange the columns in your desired order. Drag and drop the columns to customize the layout to suit your preference.
- Once you’re satisfied with the report’s layout and information, click Save.
