We can turn off the option for your customers to pay online via ACH bank payments, RiceExcavating. Let me share the process below.

 

The message is an automated notification from the QuickBooks platform to your customers, informing them about this new payment method. Since you want to remove this sentence, follow the steps below to disable this option:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Account and settings.
  2. Navigate to the Sales section.
  3. Select Invoice payments and uncheck Your customer pays the fee. This setting will apply to all invoices you send.

 

However, if that message still appears in the email sent to your customers after performing the steps above, I recommend submitting a request to our developers to have it removed. Here's how to do that:

 

  1. Go back to the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Under the Profile column, select Feedback.
  3. Share your suggestion, then click Next.
