Thanks for posting here in the Community forum, @windyl0u. To print all paid transactions in QuickBooks Desktop, you'll need to click the Invoices button under the Print Selected column and proceed with the batch printing.

 

To clarify, those greyed options are title columns only, so once you click Invoices, it will let you print those transactions in batch.
