Honestly your software sucks.

Today for the first time QuickBooks is telling me to enter an exchange rate for a payment I received in order to CLEAR A PAYMENT. This is completely unnecessary; I received the full payment in EURO so it doesn't matter that the exchange rate is. I've never been asked to provide the exchange rate to receive a payment utility today.

This software is hot, inconsistent garbage.
