Since the original post Quickbooks Online has gone through probably dozens of changes, many of which nobody asked for or wants, and yet this HIGHLY REQUESTED ISSUE REMAINS UNSOLVED.
STILL customer receipts do not show the payment method or payment transaction number. When customers ask why their receipt is incomplete, having to tell them that it's because Quickbooks is broken is a terrible endorsement for the software and is just one more reason we've seen businesses decide to migrate to different platforms that don't present features that make them seem so unprofessional.
Can any Quickbooks team member please give an update on when the development team will be fixing this issue with customer receipts based on the years of feedback that's been provided to them?
