I have tried clearing my browser's cache and even tried Microsoft Edge and Chrome. Same thing - I can only view the history through the P&L Classic Report (not the modern). I called Quickbooks Online Help, and they actually told me I should not change the name of any accounts as it is not recommended. If that's the case and it causes problems such as this, it should not be an option to change the name.
