This is how I send my customers a receipt that I have applied their payment.  My problem is, when I hit save and send and it opens up the preview of the email - it has a preset (by Intuit) email message that I abhore.  I want to change that wording permanently, but can find absolutely no way to do so. Instead, I have to type my message in each time.  What am I missing? Thanks.
