I had to change all my vendor names to the name to print on checks to build my report (copy pasted over 250 vendors), then dump into Excel to dealt the extra columns positive pay did not wanted.

There is no report that will list the name printed on the checks, I had a snag with a Kawneer company needing 2 2 checks with different Kawneer names, but cashes my checks via Fax/Email and inputs with the same name so my positive pay was flagging it as an issue for name mismatch.

I have to ember to change the name on my report before I save it in excel
