You can perform browser troubleshooting to resolve this issue, @vbanda360.

 

To begin with, in the new QuickBooks Online (QBO) interface, the "Message to Customer" is now displayed as an "Email body", or for some users, may show "Message".

If the Email body or Message doesn't appear on your end, you can clear your cache and Intuit-specific cookies to remove any outdated or corrupted data that might be causing the issue. Alternatively, you can try using another supported web browser to access your QuickBooks Online account.

 

However, if the message is displayed on your end but your customer cannot see it when they receive the invoice, you can suggest that they log into their email using a different browser to bypass any cache issues on their side. If the message is visible when they do this, you can recommend that they clear their browser cache. Doing so can improve browsing speed and resolve display issues on websites.
