Buy nowCustom reports created by one user in QuickBooks Online (QBO) are not automatically shared with others. Each report must be shared individually to be accessible by another user, even if you have the same access rights, Gabriella.
When new users are added, they do not automatically gain access to previously shared custom reports. Only existing users will have permission to view those reports. In such cases, I recommend deleting the existing custom report and then recreating it.

Alternatively, your boss can export the reports to Excel and share those files with you. This allows you to access and review the report data outside of QBO.
