Thank you @ZackE for your response. I'll also send in this report request via Feedback. 

I also took a look at our client list through Billings & Subscriptions / Your Subscriptions / ProAdvisor Clients as you mentioned, which gives a nice view of the the information I'm looking for. Unfortunately, there is not an option to print this list. 

So at this point, I'm downloading into Excel and customizing the report.
