You can reach out to our support team to identify the cause of the issue. If you have issues with your app, you can use a web browser to contact them. They have the necessary tools needed to access your account securely and assist you effectively. Here's how:
- Navigate to the Help menu on the upper-left corner of your QuickBooks account.
- Go to the Search tab and type in Contact us.
- Click the Contact Us button.
- Choose the Chat or Callback option.
