Hey mgzsmith, there is not a solution. They'll say that you can individually select the customers but that is the only solution they are currently offering.

The only "workaround" I've found is to select "Customers of Type" and I can get some of the statements out but other than that you'll have to go through and make a list of the statements you want to send and then manually go through and select those customers using the "Multiple Customers" option.
