I appreciate your focus on copying an existing account and then modifying its details to create a new account, HAM9. While this option is unavailable, I have some alternative solutions so you can get back to expanding your business.

 

In the meantime, you'll can to set up each account manually and input all the details referencing the existing account.

 

I can see the benefit of this option for you and other customers. I recommend reaching out to our Product Developers team using the Feedback option in your QBO. They're genuinely interested in hearing your input and highly encourage you to share your ideas and suggestions to help enhance our services.

 

To proceed, here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon located at the top-right corner of your screen.
  2. Under the Profile section, select Feedback.
  3. Enter your suggestions and then click on Next.
