Let us share some information about exporting transactions as one PDF file in QuickBooks, cpaddock8513.

If you are using QuickBooks Desktop, the option to batch export invoices as PDF is unavailable. We can save your invoices one at a time. Here's how:

  1. Open the invoice you want to save as PDF.
  2. From the File menu, select Save as PDF.

You can also open the invoice and click the Print drop-down at the top. Then, click Save As PDF. Also, we recommend requesting this feature from our product developers. We'd love to know how to make the software cost and time-efficient to help run the business better. Let me guide you on how:

  1. Click the Help menu.
  2. Select Send Feedback Online.
  3. Press Product Suggestion.

If you are using QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can save your invoices as one PDF file by using the Batch Print option. Check out this article for the steps and details: Email or print multiple sales forms in QuickBooks Online.

To send multiple invoices, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Sales and select All sales (Take me there).
  2. Click the checkboxes for the sales forms you want to email or print. You can also select the Filter ▼ dropdown menu to filter by transaction Type, Status, Date, or Customer.
  3. From the Batch actions ▼ dropdown menu, press Send or Print.
