To begin with, may I ask if you are referring to the issue where clients can't pay invoices? If so, I'm pleased to inform you that this matter has already been resolved.

 

However, if you're referring to the PayPal concern, I recommend checking if you've enabled the option to pay electronically:

 

  1. Navigate to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Accounts and Settings.

  3. Hover to the Sales page.  
  4. Locate the Invoice Payments section, then toggle the Accept Payments box.

  5. Click Save, then Done.

 

If your clients still can't see the payment option, please follow the browser troubleshooting steps my colleague has provided.
