Thanks for the response Kurt. I do know the differences between the non-profit titles vs for business report titles. I also don't need guidance on how to create customized reports I'm just looking for support on fixing my problem. 

Unfortunately your reply was not helpful at all. Anyone else have any suggestions? I figured I could go through this platform instead of calling tech support, that way if other's had the same problem they could reference this question.
