We appreciate you for coming back, YBASSETT.

We are unable to recommend a specific third-party app that is designed specifically to add customizable units of measure directly into QuickBooks Online (QBO). A good alternative could be to use a complete inventory or business management systems that work well with QBO and offers flexible handling of units of measure. You can check for supported apps through this link: QuickBooks Apps Store or from the Apps menu. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Apps menu on the left pane.
  2. Click Finds Apps.
  3. Type a keyword in the Search for an app field.
  4. Select the app you want to use.
  5. If you have found the app you're looking for, just click Get App Now.

Integrating a third-party app with your software can expand its functionality and customize it to better suit your business needs. Always verify that any third-party apps are reliable and secure before linking them to your accounting system.
