Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. You can remove the Ship to option by following the steps below and adding the information to create the invoice:

1. In your QBO account, go to the Gear icon, then select Accounts and settings.
2. Navigate to the Sales tab, then turn off the Shipping in the Sales Form Content section. 
   
   
    
3. Once ready, click on Save, then Done

You can also check on your Custom Forms Styles section and make sure that the Shipping box is unchecked.  Here's how:
 

1. Go to the Gear icon, then click on Custom Forms Styles.
2. Select a template and click on the Content tab.
3. Click on the upper section of the template.
4. Under the Display portion, make sure that the Shipping box is unchecked.
