 Hello @JH1119,

If you want to overwrite the Report each week (so you only ever have one report with the latest changes), you will click "Save" after making your changes. If you want to keep your past reports and add a new report weekly, you will use the "Save As" function by clicking the down-arrow next to "Save"; a "Save as New Report?" box opens, enter a new name, and click "Save". You will now have both reports in your custom report view, the one you started with and the one you created a new name for.

NOTE: I am using QB Online Advanced, if you are using a different version of QB, your functionality may be different.

Hope this helps.
