Hi

First of all, thank you very much for responding!

Yes, for years I sent statements to customers and Quickbooks drew the email from the customer file; each statement to the correct recipient. But then it changed, and I know why. For some annoying reason, every time I sent a statement, a popup would ask me if I want to make this email the defauly, and of course I always answered "no". However, last week I accidentally pressed "yes". I don't know how to undo it.

This has happened once in the past and when I called support they were able to change a setting which solved the problem. When I called now I was told that it's a glitch due to an update. I'm not sure if I believe the tech; he sounded a little lazy.
