I was told to make my customers "inactive" so the list to go through was not over 4500.  I, too, only need to print 50 or so statements.  I painstakingly went through all of our customers, marking them, and any sub accounts as inactive.  I tried to run statements again and the same message came up.  I'm forced to run an AR report and use "select multiple customers".  How tedious and time consuming.  Who has time for that nonsense?  Very displeased.
