I appreciate you attaching a screenshot, @flowerlover. Since you already followed the steps provided by my colleagues, you can Verify and Rebuild your data to identify and repair any data integrity with your company file. Let me show you how this works.

To start with, Verify and Rebuild Data in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) find the most common issues in a company file, and fix them. Verify Data identifies data problems such as corrupt transactions, invalid entries, and data integrity issues. Rebuild Data repairs these issues to ensure the accuracy and integrity of your financial records.

Here's how:

Verify your company data

  1. Go to Window then select Close All.
  2. Navigate to the File menu, then choose Utilities.
  3. Click Verify Data. You will see the following prompt:
    a. QuickBooks detected no problems with your data—your data is clean, and you don’t need to do anything else.
    b. Your data has lost integrity—Data damage was found in the file. Rebuild your data to fix it.

To Rebuild your company file data, follow these steps:

  1. On the top menu, go to File.
  2. Select Utilities.
  3. Click Rebuild Data and then select OK.

If the issue persists, I highly recommend contacting our Live Support Expert for further assistance. They have the right tools to help you resolve this matter.

Once everything becomes handy, you can visit this article: Customize reports in QuickBooks Desktop. It explains how to modify various elements of a report, such as data, columns, headers/footers, and even the font and style.
